Background & Purpose
The survey was originally undertaken in order to quantitatively establish a hierarchy of features based on future Pi client's needs & desires. The sample of users was gathered via ADP's Ambassador Rewards program. Clients who were part of ADP's program were sent the survey which was 12 minutes in length, they were asked:
- Their industry
- Which ADP Payroll Platform they use
- To describe their role (Purchaser, Practicioner, Payroll Manager)
- Number of employees
- Which department does Payroll report to within organization
- To sort each of the features in to:
- Must have
- Nice to have
- Don't see the need
- Requires further explanation for them to answer
Sample Characteristics
The total sample of respondents (31) does not allow for statistically significant results, all should be considered directional. The price was right (free) for engaging with ADP's Ambassador Rewards program, but their "reach" with clients is still in its infancy.
